April 21. Further Changes to The Harpenden House Hotel Development

I spoke to Curtin&Co this afternoon to ascertain the accurate position of this development following the curtailment of the Harpenden Town Council meeting on April 5 at which the existing plans were due to be discussed. 








Curtin&Co are specialist planning project company who have been advising Fairview Homes from the outset. Fairview had decided that further design changes needed to be made to the the development following the minor amendment to the site boundary which was awaiting approval by SADC.

Harpenden Town Council are in favour of support for the proposal to convert existing land at Roundwood School, Harpenden into a full size, state of the art artificial all weather playing surface.
